Access Security Warning
You click an Access file and it shows the following:
The reason is that the Access file contain macro that can contain macro viruses. If the file is from a trusted source, then you can click Options and select Enable this content. But if you want to prevent the security warning from appearing again the next time you open the same Access file, do the following:

But if you want to prevent the security warning from appearing again the next time you open the same Access file, do the following:
1. Click Options
2. Select Enable this content > Click OK
3. Clcik Office logo (Upper left) and select Access Options
4. Select Trust Center (Left Pane) and click Trust Center Settings
5. Select Trusted Locations and click Add new location
6. Click Browse and navigate to where the file is
7. Check Subfolders of this location are also trusted (If there are other access files that you access also) and click OK.
8. Click OK
