Create a new Outlook Profile

- Click Start and select Control Panel or click Start, select Settings then select Control Panel
- Click Mail icon
3. In Mail Setup - Default Outlook Profile, click Show Profiles button
4. Click Add button
5. Type in the user profile name
6. Click OK

7. Microsoft Exchange Windows should appear
8. In the Microsoft Exchange Server, type in the domain name of the exchange server or the IP address.

9. Verify that the name exist on the exchange server by clicking the check name button

12. In the Mail screen, you can tell Outlook to prompt for a profile to be use by checking the radio button or Always use this profile and click the drop down to select the profile.
