How to Manage Barricuda Spam & Virus Firewall
Check the Message Log
1. Select Basic Tab
2. Select Message Log Tab
3. Select appropriate Filter from Filter drop down list
4. Enter appropriate Pattern as necessary
5. Select Apply Filter
Single click on any message to view the message. Double click will open the message twice.
Check QUARANTINE
1. Select Basic Tab
2. Select Message Log Tab
3. Select Quarantined Messages fromFilter drop down list
4. Select Apply Filter
5. Find the message
6. Typically quarantines have Zip attachments (see Reason column).
7. Single click on the message to view it.
8. If ok to send, close Message Detail window
9. Checkmark the message.
10. Select Deliver button
11. Done
Optional:
Before delivery, select Not Spam button
Systems Administrator on Vacation
1. Select Basic Tab
2. Select Quarantine Tab
3. Change Quarantine Delivery Address as appropriate
4. Select Save Changes button
On return, reset Quarantine Delivery Address.
Change Administrator Password
1. Select Basic Tab
2. Select Administration Tab
3. Enter old and new password
4. Select Save Password button

2. Select Message Log Tab
