Installing Network Printer
1. Click Start and select Devices and Printers
2. Click Add a printer
3. Click Add a local printer
4. Select Create a new port: then click the drop down to select Standard TCP/IP Port. Click Next
5. Type in the IP address or the Name of the printer. Click Next
6. Wait
7. Click Next. Depend on what the printer is connected to, you might not see this screen.
8. Wait
9. Select the Manufacture and the Printer if your printer is on the list then click Next. Otherwise click Have Disk. .
10. Click Browse...
11. Navigate to where the driver is usually on the disk. Click OK
12. Select your printer model and click Next.
13. Go with the default printer name or name it the way that you like. Click Next
14. Wait for the Printer to Install
15. Wait for the driver to load
16. Select Do not share this printer if you do not want to share or select Share .... if you do. Click Next
17. Click Print a test page. You do not have to click Print a test page but it is recommended to test to make sure that the printer is install correctly. Click Finish
18. Notice the newly installed Printer
