Installing Windows Server 2003 Components Required to Support Exchange Server 2003
To support Outlook Web Access (OWA), Windows Server 2003 must have World Wide Web Publishing Services and ASP.NET installed and running. These services are disabled by default.
1. Click Start | Control Panel | click Add/Remove Programs
2. Click Add/Remove Windows Components

2. Check Application Server and click Detail
3. Check ASP.NET and Internet Information Services (IIS)
4. Select Internet Information Services (IIS) and click Detail
4. Select Internet Information Services (IIS) and click Detail
5. Check the box for: Common File, Internet Information Services Manager, NNTP Service, SMTP Service, and World Wide Web Service. Click OK
6. Click OK
7. Click Next
8. Wait for the component to install
9. Insert the Windows Server 2003 disc if ask

10. Click Finish
11. Check the services that was install has started. Click Start > Run > type Services.msc
12. Notice that the services of the install component has started.
