Internet Browser Close Automatically after open
In this case, Add-ons is usually the culprit. To make sure it is you can open your browser without add-ons.
1. Click Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Internet Explorer (No Add-ons)

1. Click Start > Settings > Control Panel or Start > Control Panel
2. Double click Internet Options

3. Click Programs tab and click Manage add-ons
4. Usually the cause is toolbar, if you have multiple toolbar, it is hard to determine which toolbar is the culprit. The best way is the process of elimination. Disable one toolbar then try launching the browser. If that fixed the problem then you know which toolbar is the culprit. If not then try disabling other toolbar. If it is not the toolbar then try disable other add-ons. It is ok to disable all add-ons because when you go into a website that require add on, you will be inform to enable a particular add-ons.
5. Select the Add-ons and click Disable

6. Depend on what add-ons you disable, there are other add-ons associated with it that will be disable as well. Go ahead and click Disable.
7. Notice the add-ons are disabled. Click Close.
