Problem with Network Printing and Fax Services
Check the following if there is a problem with network printing or faxing:

- Is the shared fax's or printer's power on?
- Is the selected shared printer or fax machine the correct one for the client computer's driver?
- Are the permissions correct for the shared printer or fax being used by the users and printer/fax managers?
- Are the cables used by the shared printer or fax in good condition and properly connected?
