Save Microsoft Word Document as PDF
- In Words Document, click the Office logo (Top left)
- Scroll down to Save As
- To the right look for PDF or XPS (If you do not see the PDF or XPS feature, you will have to download the add-in. Click the following link to download it. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=F1FC413C-6D89-4F15-991B-63B07BA5F2E5&displaylang=en
- Save it to the location that you want
- Click Publish
- Wait for Microsoft Word to convert the document into PDF
- Afterward, PDF document will appear
Note: The converted PDF does not always looks like the word document.
