Sharpdesk not Receiving Scan Document(s)
You go to the Sharp copier to scan documents to Sharpdesk but the documents that you scan does not appear in the Sharpdesk. If you check the job status you will notice that the documents that you scan is stuck in the que with a status "Sending." If you wait for a minutes you will get the following message on the Sharp Copier display screen "Network Error (CE-02) Consult you Administrator or System Administrator."
From personal experience the cause of this is the firewall was blocking Sharpdesk Application. It was the Windows Firewall that was blocking it. So I went into windows firewall > exception tab > then add Sharpdesk & Network Scanner Tool to the exception list.
